Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel

1. Open Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
2. Pick a reason (helps us improve).
3. Confirm.

When the cancellation takes effect

At the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then.

What happens after the period ends

• Workspace drops to the Free plan automatically.
• Anything above Free's limits becomes read-only (you can still view, just not modify).
• We don't delete your data. Re-subscribe any time and everything reactivates.

Refunds

Mid-period cancellations don't get prorated refunds by default. If you have a special circumstance (you signed up by mistake, or our service was down for an extended period), contact support and we'll help.

Closing the workspace entirely

Cancellation pauses billing. To permanently remove the workspace and its data, see archiving or deleting a workspace.
