Where to find invoices
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each one is a PDF you can download or email.
What's on an invoice
- Subscription line — your plan + the period it covers.
- Proration adjustments — credits or charges from mid-cycle plan changes.
- Usage overages — anything above your plan's included quota (rare).
- Tax — calculated based on your billing country/state.
- Total — what was charged.
Proration explained
When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, we calculate the unused portion of your old plan as a credit, and the used portion of your new plan as a charge. The net difference shows up on the next invoice.
Receipts vs. invoices
Every invoice doubles as a receipt — it shows the payment status. If you need a separate receipt for accounting, click Download receipt on a paid invoice.
