Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Upgrading

1. Open Settings → Billing.
2. Click Change plan.
3. Pick the new tier and confirm.

The new plan takes effect immediately. We charge a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period.

Downgrading

Same flow. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then.

What happens to your data on downgrade

• Sites over the new limit become read-only (you can still view scans, but can't run new ones).
• Members over the new limit can still sign in but lose write access until you remove some.
• Documents over quota in Accessible Docs stop processing new uploads until next month.

We never delete data on downgrade. Re-upgrade and everything reactivates.
