Archiving or deleting a workspace

Take a workspace offline temporarily, or permanently remove it.

Updated

Archive vs. delete

  • Archive β€” workspace is read-only. Members can sign in and view data but can't run new scans, edit widget configs, or invite members. Billing is paused. You can un-archive any time.
  • Delete β€” workspace and all its data are permanently removed. There is no undo.

How to archive

Settings β†’ General β†’ Archive workspace. Available to Owners only.

How to delete

Settings β†’ Danger zone β†’ Delete workspace. We'll require typing the workspace name to confirm and a 2FA code if enabled.

What gets deleted

  • All scans, reports, sites, manual checks.
  • All widget configurations and their public CSS bundles.
  • All uploaded documents and their remediated outputs.
  • All members' access (their accounts remain).
  • All audit logs older than 30 days.
Deletion is permanent

If you might want this data later, download a workspace export before deleting.
