Downloading an invoice as PDF
For accounting, expense reports, and record-keeping.

How
Open Settings → Billing → Invoices and click the download icon next to any invoice. The PDF includes everything you'd want for accounting:
- Workspace name and billing address
- Invoice number and date
- Line items with proration detail
- Tax breakdown
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Payment status
Bulk download
Need a year's worth at once? Click Export → All invoices (ZIP) at the top of the invoices list.
Invoice email recipients
You can add additional billing emails (your finance team, an AP system) so they get a copy of every invoice automatically. Settings → Billing → Recipients.
