Updating your billing email and tax info
Send invoices to AP, register a tax ID, or update your address.

Open Settings → Billing → Billing details.
Billing email
The address that receives invoice receipts. Defaults to the workspace owner's email; change it to your AP/finance address.
Additional recipients
Add multiple emails to CC on every invoice (your AP system, your accountant, etc.).
Billing address
Used for invoice formatting and tax calculation. Must be a real, valid address — postal codes are validated.
Tax ID
Add your VAT, GST, ABN, or other tax-registration number. We'll show it on every invoice and adjust tax calculation accordingly.
Tax-exempt status (US)
If your organization is tax-exempt, contact support with your exemption certificate. We'll flag your account.
