Why can't I see another workspace's data?

Each workspace is fully isolated. Members of Workspace A can't see anything in Workspace B unless they've also been invited to it.

What this means in practice

• Sites, scans, reports — workspace-scoped.
• Members and invites — workspace-scoped.
• Billing and subscriptions — workspace-scoped.
• Connected accounts (Google, GitHub) and your profile — shared across all your workspaces.

How to get access to another workspace

Ask an Owner of that workspace to invite you.

Working across multiple workspaces

If you're often in two workspaces, the workspace switcher (top-left of the sidebar) is your friend. Or use ⌘K to jump.
