Where our emails go when they don't show up.

Check spam / promotions
The single most common cause. Search your inbox for "hellocivic" — sometimes Gmail's Promotions tab swallows account emails.
Add us to your safe senders
Add [email protected] to your contacts or your provider's allowlist.
Wait a minute or two
Most emails arrive in seconds, but during peak hours we occasionally see 1–2 minute delays.
Corporate filtering
If you're on a corporate email and nothing's coming through, your IT team probably has aggressive filtering. Ask them to allowlist hellocivic.com.
Still nothing
Contact support with the email address you're trying to reach. We can confirm whether the message bounced and help diagnose.
