The link expired
Reset links are valid for one hour. Just request a fresh one — old links stop working as soon as a new one is generated.
I'm not getting the email

I sign in with Google / GitHub / SSO
Reset your password with that provider. HelloCivic doesn't have a password on file for you.
Still locked out
Contact support with the email address you signed up with. We can verify your identity and reset access manually.
