My PDF report won't download

"Generating..." that never finishes

Large reports can take 30–60 seconds. If it's been over 5 minutes:

1. Refresh the page and try again.
2. Try a smaller scope — exclude screenshots, or pick a single page.
3. Use Compact report style instead of Full.

"Download failed"

Usually a transient network issue. Retry once. If it persists, try a different browser to rule out an extension.

The PDF downloads but won't open

Some PDF readers struggle with our complex bookmark structure. Try opening in Adobe Acrobat or your OS's default reader. If those work, it's a reader-specific issue.
