Managing pending join requests
Approve or deny people who request to join your workspace.

If your workspace has domain auto-join set to "request approval," teammates from your domain can request to join — but they don't get in until an Owner or Admin approves.
Where requests appear
Settings → Members → Pending requests.
Approve or deny
Click Approve to let them in (you can pick the role they get) or Deny to dismiss the request.
Who can approve
Owners and Admins. We email all of them when a request comes in.
