Joining a workspace via invite
What to do when you receive a workspace invitation email.

If a teammate has invited you, you'll get an email like "Acme has invited you to join their HelloCivic workspace."
If you already have a HelloCivic account
Click the link, sign in, and the workspace appears in your switcher. Done.
If you don't have an account yet
Click the link and you'll be walked through account creation. The workspace will be waiting for you the first time you sign in.
If the link is expired
Invites expire after 7 days. Ask the inviter to resend — see resending or revoking pending invites.
If the link doesn't work
Some email clients mangle long URLs. Copy the link manually from the email source, or ask the inviter to forward as plain text.
