Verifying your domain for auto-join

Let teammates from your email domain join the workspace without invites.

Domain verification proves you control an email domain (like acme.com). Once verified, you can let anyone signing up with that domain join your workspace automatically.

How to verify

Open Settings → Domains.
Click Add domain and enter your domain.
Add a TXT DNS record at the value we display.
Click Verify — DNS can take a few minutes.

Auto-join modes

Once verified, pick how teammates join:

Off — verification only, no auto-join. Teammates still need an invite.
Auto-join — anyone signing up with @acme.com lands in your workspace as a Member automatically.
Request approval — teammates request to join; an Owner/Admin approves. See pending join requests.

Pair with SSO

Domain auto-join + SSO means a new hire is in your workspace within minutes of being added to your IdP.
