Sharing reports with your team or auditors

Three ways to share

1. Workspace member

Best for people who'll need ongoing access. Invite them as a Member or Guest — Guests are read-only.

2. Shareable link

Open a scan report → Share → Create link. We generate a secret URL anyone can open without signing in. Toggle expiration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, never) and password-protection.

3. PDF export

For one-shot deliveries (auditors, legal review), export as PDF and email it directly. The PDF has no live data so you can hand it off without worrying about future changes leaking.

Audit trail

Every shared link records when it was viewed, by what IP, and how often. Open Share → Activity to see access logs.

Revoking a link

Same Share dialog → click Revoke. The link stops working immediately, even if the recipient has it bookmarked.
