Generating PDF compliance reports

Compliance reviewers and legal teams usually want a self-contained PDF, not a dashboard link. Every scan can be exported.

How to generate

1. Open the scan report.
2. Click Export → PDF.
3. Pick what to include: executive summary, full per-page detail, screenshots, AI suggestions.
4. Click Generate. The PDF lands in your downloads in a few seconds (longer for very large sites).

What the PDF contains

• Cover page with workspace name, site URL, scan date, and overall score.
• Executive summary — issue counts by severity and WCAG level.
• Per-page sections with each issue, its severity, WCAG mapping, and (optionally) a screenshot of the failing element.
• Methodology appendix — how we test, what we use, and what's outside automated scope.

Use cases

• VPAT submissions — paste the executive summary into the relevant VPAT sections.
• Vendor audits — share with procurement, legal, or compliance.
• Internal change-log — attach to release notes so accessibility shows up in your team's history.
