Scheduling recurring scans

Manual scans are great for one-off audits. Scheduled scans catch regressions before your users do.

Set up a schedule

1. Open ADA Scanner → Schedule.
2. Click Add schedule.
3. Pick a site, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), and time-of-day.
4. Choose who gets notified when the scan completes — by default, everyone with Scan completion notifications enabled.

Scheduling best practices

• Daily for high-traffic public sites that change often.
• Weekly for marketing sites with periodic content updates.
• Monthly for stable sites where you want a low-noise compliance trail.

Notifications

You'll get an email when a scheduled scan finishes. If the score drops by more than 5 points compared to the previous run, you'll also get a "regression detected" alert. Configure thresholds in Notifications.
