SSO lets your team sign in to HelloCivic with the same identity provider they use for everything else — Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, etc.
Why it's worth setting up
- One fewer password for your team to remember (or reuse).
- Centralized offboarding — when IT removes someone from your IdP, they lose HelloCivic access automatically.
- Enforced MFA — your IdP's existing MFA policies apply.
- Audit trail at the IdP level alongside everything else.
What we support
- SAML 2.0 — works with Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Auth0, and any other SAML-compliant IdP.
- OIDC — for IdPs that prefer OAuth2/OIDC.
- Google Workspace — first-class one-click setup.
