Setting up Google Workspace SSO
The simplest SSO setup — usually under 5 minutes.

If your team is on Google Workspace, this is the fastest SSO to set up.
In HelloCivic
Open Settings → SSO and click Connect Google Workspace.
In Google Workspace admin
You'll be redirected to Google to grant access. Sign in as a Google Workspace super-admin and approve the OAuth scopes.
Back in HelloCivic
Within seconds, you should see a green "Connected" badge.
Force SSO
Once connected, you can force SSO-only sign-in so passwords are no longer accepted for your domain.
You need to be a Google super-admin
Regular Workspace admins can't authorize the connection — only super-admins can.
