Managing notification preferences
Choose which emails and in-app alerts you want — and which to mute.

You control which events trigger an email or in-app notification.
Where to find them
Open Profile → Notifications.
Categories
- Account — sign-in alerts, password changes, 2FA changes. We recommend leaving these on.
- Workspace activity — invites, member changes, role updates.
- Scans & reports — when scheduled scans complete or find new issues.
- Documents — when an Accessible Docs remediation finishes.
- Billing — invoices, upcoming renewals, failed payments.
- Product updates — release notes and tips. Off by default.
Per-workspace overrides
If you're a member of multiple workspaces, each one has its own notification settings — useful when one workspace is your day job and another is a side project you only want monthly digests for.
