BAA, MSA, custom SLA, security addendum — how to request them.

Most customers run on our standard Master Subscription Agreement. Some need more.
Common custom terms
- BAA (Business Associate Agreement) for HIPAA-covered entities.
- DPA (Data Processing Agreement) for GDPR-covered entities — we have a standard one ready to go.
- Custom MSA if your legal team has a preferred template.
- Custom SLA for higher uptime or response-time guarantees.
- Security addendum if your procurement requires specific controls.
How to request
Contact sales and tell us what you need. For Pro+ customers, BAAs and DPAs are typically signed within a week. Custom MSAs take longer because of legal review.
Plan requirements
- DPA — available on all plans.
- BAA — Pro and above.
- Custom MSA / SLA — Enterprise only.
