Renewing or extending a contract
How auto-renewal works and how to make changes.

Auto-renewal
Most contracts auto-renew at the end of the term unless you give written notice (usually 30 or 60 days, per the contract). Auto-renewal terms are spelled out in the contract itself.
Renewing manually
If your contract doesn't auto-renew, we'll reach out 60 days before expiration to discuss the next term. You can also initiate by clicking Request renewal on the contract page.
Extending or amending
If you want to extend the current contract (instead of starting a new one), or amend specific terms, click Request amendment on the contract. Our team will draft the amendment for your review.
Stopping auto-renewal
Click Manage renewal → Cancel auto-renewal at least 60 days before expiration. We'll confirm by email.
